Avoid cooling below -8°C (17.6°F) to prevent spontaneous crystallization. Reusing is easy: simply boil the pack (wrapped in a cloth) until crystals dissolve (15-25 minutes), sterilizing it in the process. Cool to room temperature before reuse.
