Use the enabled Stripe payment flow to enter your card details. Never send card numbers or security codes to our support team by email or chat.
What currency will I be charged in?
Checkout shows the currency and total for your order before payment. Your bank may apply its own conversion rate or fees if your account uses another currency.
When will I receive my payment confirmation?
Follow the confirmation screen after payment and keep your order reference. A pending bank authorization does not by itself confirm the order. If the status is unclear, contact support before paying again.
Can I get a refund if I need to cancel my order?
Contact support as soon as possible with your order reference. Eligibility depends on the order stage and our published policy. Approved refunds return to the original payment method, subject to provider processing time.
