No Prescription Medicines (Rx)

We do not sell prescription medicines. We are not a pharmacy and do not provide medical advice. Our products include OTC items (subject to local law), medical devices, and dietary supplements.

U.S. Restrictions — Summary

• No shipment of medicines (Rx or OTC) to the United States.
• No shipment of homeopathic “drugs” to the United States.
• Selected medical devices only (see “U.S. Medical Devices” panel) — non-prescription, non-implantable, non-radiation-emitting, and legally marketed in the U.S.

Outside the United States, availability depends on local law and carrier restrictions.

Devices Eligible for U.S. Shipment

We only ship to the U.S. non-prescription, low-risk medical devices that are legally marketed in the United States (e.g., Class I devices that are 510(k)-exempt or devices with 510(k) clearance) and have appropriate English labeling.

• We do not ship devices marked “Rx only”, implantable devices, powered or radiation-emitting devices, or devices requiring PMA/510(k) if not cleared for U.S. sale.
• If an item is not eligible at the time of order review, we will cancel and refund the U.S. order.

U.S. authorities (FDA/CBP) may review and hold any FDA-regulated shipment regardless of value. We cooperate with regulators and carriers to ensure compliance.

Dietary Supplements

We sell dietary supplements in compliance with applicable laws (labeling, claims, and ingredient rules). For the United States, we currently do not ship supplements. Where supplements are offered domestically, labels must include a Supplement Facts panel and other disclosures required by law.

Geographic Restrictions

• OTC medicines are available for shipment only within eligible jurisdictions as listed on product pages; not to the United States.
• Shipments to the United States include eligible medical devices only (see above). Orders including ineligible items will be declined/refunded.
• Customers are responsible for compliance with local import laws and any customs clearance requirements.

Regulatory Holds

Regulators may examine or hold regulated products at the border. Timeframes are outside our control. If an item is refused entry, we will coordinate cancellation/refund according to our Refunds Policy.

Notice-and-Takedown Workflow

1. Immediate temporary unpublishing: the cited product page is promptly set to “unpublished” (HTTP 410) and purged from CDN caches.
2. Catalog audit: we scan product titles, descriptions, images, and trademarks to locate related entries.
3. Resolution within 24 hours: we either confirm permanent removal or restore with documented justification.
4. Evidence retention: we keep an audit log (timestamps, screenshots, actions) and share it upon request.

We prefer corrective action at the URL level. Court or administrative orders (including UDRP/URS) will be followed where applicable.

Trademark & Copyright

If you believe any listing infringes your rights, include in your message: your legal name and authority, jurisdiction and registration number (for trademarks), exact URLs and relevant screenshots/hashes, and a good-faith statement with the requested remedy.

We respond in good faith, swiftly and proportionally, to credible notices.

Carrier & Safety Rules

We follow postal/carrier safety rules (e.g., restrictions on flammables, aerosols, lithium batteries, pressurized containers). Certain items may be shipped by ground only or not at all depending on route and carrier.
