The AWU 601 is indicated for the treatment of wrist and thumb conditions requiring firm support and immobilization, including:

• Arthritis & Joint Pain: Osteoarthritis (Rhizarthrosis) stages II-III, rheumatoid arthritis, gout.
• Tendinitis: De Quervain's tenosynovitis (chronic tenosynovitis of the abductor pollicis longus and extensor pollicis brevis tendons).
• Ligament Injuries: Skier's thumb (ulnar collateral ligament injury of the first metacarpophalangeal joint).
• Fractures & Dislocations: Fracture of the first metacarpal base, first carpometacarpal dislocation.
• Post-Operative Care: Following surgery on the thumb or wrist.
