Crush the tea blend into a fine powder using a mortar and pestle or a grinder. Add 1 tablespoon of the powder to 500ml of boiling water. Simmer in a double boiler for 2-3 minutes. Steep for 3 hours. Strain before drinking. Consume 50ml four times daily, 20 minutes before meals. Prepare the daily amount needed. Store any remaining tea in the refrigerator.
