Usage:

Home Use:

1. Warm Compress: The most effective method involves a four-layer compress. Layer 1: A dry PO-KUR® wipe directly on the affected area. Layer 2: A dampened (room temperature water) gauze or cloth. Layer 3: A waterproof barrier (plastic wrap, etc.) to retain heat. Layer 4: An insulating layer (flannel, etc.). Secure the compress for 30-60 minutes.
2. Use with Applicators: Apply a dampened wipe to the affected area before securing a Lyapko or Kuznetsov applicator.

Electrotherapy:

Use under the supervision of a physician.

Packaging:

Two sets of 20 single-use wipes each (total 40 wipes), sufficient for a 10-procedure course using two poles.
