These robust roller shutters are constructed from Alutech AER44m/S extruded, reinforced aluminum profiles. Each profile is a solid, double-walled design (approx. 1mm thick per wall) with an internal reinforcing bridge for superior strength and durability. Suitable for indoor and outdoor applications, including commercial use (kiosks, retail units, etc.) and garages. Finished in brown (RAL 8014), these shutters measure 2450mm wide x 2200mm high (including side guides and headbox). Height can be reduced by trimming the guide rails; width is fixed. Please carefully measure your opening before ordering. For recessed installation (inside the opening), the shutter size should match the opening's narrowest and shortest dimensions. For surface-mounted installation, add 110mm to the opening width and the headbox height to the opening height.
The shutters feature an electric motor with a manual override crank for emergency operation in case of power failure. A control device (key switch, key lock switch, coded electronic device, or radio control + remote) must be purchased separately. Alutech roller shutters have identical faces, allowing for both internal and external headbox installation (recessed or surface-mounted). Delivered partially assembled (roller shutter curtain pre-assembled); installation instructions are available upon request. Custom-made to order and non-returnable. Production time: same day.
