Instructions:
- Finely grind the contents of one tea bag using a mortar and pestle, coffee grinder, or similar tool.
- Add 1 tablespoon of the ground blend to a thermos containing 500ml (approximately 17 oz) of boiling water.
- Steep for 20 minutes.
- Strain and consume 100ml (approximately 3.4 oz) twice daily, regardless of meal times.
- It’s recommended to prepare a daily serving. Store any remaining tea in the refrigerator.
