The PROZDOROVYE reinforced orthopedic posture corrector (reclining) gradually corrects posture problems by establishing a proper musculoskeletal pattern. Its correction mechanism combines horizontal and vertical reclination through the tension of the shoulder straps. The corrector separates the clavicles, draws together and lowers the shoulder blades using non-stretchable shoulder straps and rigid ribs along the spine, positioned over the transverse processes of the vertebrae. Available without a prescription. Additional benefits include: compensating for support deficiencies; normalizing muscle tone in problem areas of the back; reducing stress on intervertebral discs; reducing nerve root trauma; fixing and stabilizing problem areas of the spine; and unloading the vertebrae to prevent further displacement.
Posture disorders; thoracic spine curvatures (kyphosis, scoliosis I-II degree); secondary rehabilitation after thoracic and lumbar spine injuries; consolidating results after massage or manual therapy.
Begin with 1-1.5 hours on the first day, gradually increasing to 6 hours daily over two weeks. Then, gradually reduce wear to 1-1.5 hours daily over another two weeks. After three months, consult your doctor.
Diaphragmatic hernias; irreducible abdominal wall hernias; portal hypertension syndrome; individual intolerance to materials; purulent and skin diseases in the area of application.
