Description:

The OTTOBOCK Genu Direxa RB 8353-7 is a fully detachable knee orthosis featuring two lateral splints, polycentric hinges without angle adjustment, and two securing straps. Its anatomically precise design ensures a snug fit. Moldable splints providing lateral support are housed within side pockets for easy removal if needed. Constructed from innovative, three-layer TriTech membrane material, this orthosis boasts a mere 2.3mm thickness. This breathable membrane actively wicks away moisture, providing optimal airflow and a pronounced anti-slip effect. Highly durable and easy to care for (quick-drying and machine washable on a delicate cycle).

Indications:

This knee brace is indicated for pain in the knee joint with mild to moderate symptoms of ligament instability and/or instability:

• Early to moderate stages of gonarthrosis with ligament instability and/or instability.
• Ligament instability and/or instability following injury or surgery.
• Rheumatoid arthritis.
• Patellofemoral pain syndrome (e.g., chondromalacia patellae, early femoropatellar osteoarthritis).

Mechanism of Action:
