Use the sizing chart above. Measure your waist and hip circumferences tightly but not constrictingly, add the measurements together, and divide by two. Select the corresponding size. The manufacturer does not guarantee full functionality if the waist circumference is incorrectly measured.
Put on over underwear, adjusting the stays to fit your body shape.
Hand wash at 30°C (86°F). Wash with the fasteners closed. Do not rub, wring, or machine wash. Air dry away from heat. Do not iron, bleach, dry clean, or use solvents.
