Usage:
Internal:
Steep 1 tablespoon of oak bark in 0.5 liters of water. Simmer in a water bath, cool, and strain. Consume throughout the day in small portions, regardless of mealtimes. The daily dose is 200-250 ml. Use may be single-dose or as a course of treatment.
External:
Boil 200g of oak bark in two liters of water in a water bath for 30 minutes. Infuse for 3 hours, then strain. Add more water as needed. Use for compresses, rinses, washes, sitz baths, etc.
Contraindications:
Individual intolerance, pregnancy, lactation, children under 9 years old. Oak bark is not a medicine. Consult a healthcare professional before use.
