Instructions for Use
- Sanitize: Before first use, rinse stones with boiling water for disinfection.
- Heating: Heat the stones in the provided case. Handle with care to avoid burns. For hot compresses, wrap stones in a towel until they reach a comfortable temperature.
- Application Time: The duration of the hot compress depends on factors like ambient temperature and personal preference. In colder climates, heat may dissipate faster. Wrapping in a towel can help retain heat.
- Post-Treatment: Avoid cold water and bathing for 30 minutes after a hot stone massage. Drink plenty of warm water. Avoid hot stone massage within one hour of eating.
- Cold Therapy: Stones can be chilled in the refrigerator for cold therapy, ideal for post-workout recovery or for soothing injuries. Gently glide the chilled stones over the affected area to reduce pain.
