Instructions for Use

1. While seated, place your foot flat on the floor with your toes pointed upward. Carefully insert your ankle into the brace, ensuring proper centering.
2. Attach the lower strap, wrapping it securely around your ankle and fastening it through the buckle. Adjust the strap for snug support of the posterior ankle joint using the Velcro closure.
3. Adjust the heel strap width as needed for optimal comfort.
4. Wrap the upper strap around your ankle, securing it like the lower strap. Readjust the lower strap to ensure a tight and comfortable fit.
5. If wearing shoes, put on your footwear and tie them as usual. Remember to remove the ankle stabilizer before washing your feet. Dry your feet thoroughly before reapplying the stabilizer.
