Suggested Application Methods

1. Lie-Down Method: Place the mat on a flat surface and lie on it for 5-15 minutes.
2. Targeted Pressure Method: Apply the mat to the desired area and apply pressure with your hands for 40-60 seconds. Repeat 5-10 times.
