Indications for Use

• Post-operative immobilization of the shoulder and upper extremity (following surgery or casting)
• Partial injuries of the acromioclavicular joint, shoulder, and elbow ligaments
• Shoulder subluxations and contusions of the upper extremity
• Arthrosis and arthritis of the upper extremity joints
• Shoulder periarthritis
• Paresis and paralysis of the upper extremity
• Dislocations, including recurrent shoulder dislocations
• Rehabilitation following scapular fractures
• Hypotonia and hypotrophy of the upper extremity muscles

Instructions for Use

1. Place the forearm into the brace sleeve.

• Do not rub or wring the brace.
• Rinse thoroughly after washing.
• Air dry flat away from heat and direct sunlight.
• Do not iron, use solvents, bleach, or dry clean.
• Store in a dry place at room temperature, avoiding moisture, high temperatures, and direct sunlight.

Sizing

Forearm length (measured from elbow crease to wrist circumference): 14-23 cm. Please measure your child’s forearm to ensure proper fit.
