The pediatric Shantz collar (SWD) provides gentle cervical support for children. This comfortable and breathable collar features a split, anatomically-shaped, elastic base with a chin cutout. Constructed from resilient, hypoallergenic Coolmax® fabric and a supportive polyurethane foam core, it offers a secure yet gentle fit thanks to its Velcro closure. Ideal for around-the-clock use, this collar minimizes axial load on the cervical spine, preventing muscle strain and injury during physical activity. Its therapeutic benefits include:
