The KGC-110 pediatric thoracolumbosacral orthosis (TLSO) brace provides semi-rigid support for the spine, correcting posture and reducing pain. Crafted from durable materials, it features two adjustable, flexible metal stays running along the spine from the upper thoracic to the lumbar region, supporting vertebral muscles in their anatomically correct position. Additional short, adjustable metal stays in the lumbar region offer enhanced semi-rigid fixation of the lumbosacral spine. Designed with two non-elastic straps and soft padding to prevent underarm pressure, the brace secures comfortably with a wide, non-restrictive elastic abdominal belt and adjustable side straps for enhanced support. This design facilitates shoulder rotation, reclination, and semi-rigid stabilization and unloading of the thoracic and lumbar spine.
