Waist circumference (measure at the narrowest point of your waist):
- Size 3: 60-80 cm (23.6-31.5 inches)

- Size 6: 120-140 cm (47.2-55.1 inches)

How to Use
- Lie on your back.
- Wrap the bandage around your body.
- Secure the Velcro closure in the front.
- Adjust the compression level using the additional straps.

- Hand wash in cold water (40°C/104°F) separately from other items using a mild detergent.
- Do not rub, wring, or bleach.
- Rinse thoroughly after washing.
