Instructions for Use

1. Lie on your back and apply the support belt over your underwear after reducing any hernia protrusion.
2. Place the applicators into the designated pockets, on one or both sides depending on the location of your hernia.
3. Secure the wide elastic belt around your hips using the Velcro closure.
4. Pass the elastic straps between your legs and fasten them to the belt at the back.
5. Adjust the front straps using the Velcro closure while standing to achieve the desired level of compression.
6. Adjust the pressure of the applicators to your comfort level.
7. Consult your physician to determine the appropriate duration of daily use; if no recommendation is given, wear for no more than 6 hours per day.
8. Remove the belt immediately if you experience pain, discomfort, or any other adverse effects, and consult your doctor.

Care Instructions

• Hand wash in cold water (40°C) separately from other items, using a mild detergent.
• Do not rub, wring, or bleach.
• Rinse thoroughly after washing.
