Instructions for Use

1. Lie on your back and, after reducing the hernia, put the support belt on over your underwear.
2. Place the pads in the pockets on one or both sides, depending on the location of the hernia.
3. Secure the wide elastic waistband around your hips using the Velcro closure.
4. Pass the straps between your legs and fasten them to the waistband at the back.
5. Adjust the tightening straps on the front panel using the Velcro closure while standing.
6. Adjust the tension of the belt and the pressure of the pads to your comfort level.
7. Daily usage duration should be determined in consultation with your doctor. In the absence of such consultation, do not wear for more than 6 hours a day.
8. Remove the belt and consult your doctor immediately if you experience pain, discomfort, or any other unpleasant sensations.

Care Instructions
