Before brewing, finely grind the tea blend using a mortar and pestle, coffee grinder, or similar tool. Add 1 teaspoon of the ground mixture to 200ml (approximately 7 oz) of boiling water. Steep for 1 hour, then strain. Consume the tea in divided portions throughout the day. Treatment should be long-term. Prepare only the daily amount needed. If preparing a larger quantity, store it in the refrigerator.
