- Urogenital Infections: Boil 4 tbsp of herb in 1 cup of boiling water. Simmer until cool, strain and top up to original volume. Take 1/3 cup 2-3 times daily, 1 hour after meals.
- Gout & Rheumatism: Steep 2 tsp of herb in 1 cup of boiling water for 2 hours in a covered container. Strain and take 1 tbsp 5-6 times daily.
- Hemorrhoids: Steep 2 tsp of herb in 200ml boiling water for 1 hour. Strain and drink the entire amount throughout the day.
- Tea: Steep 1 tsp of herb in 250ml boiling water for 30 minutes. Strain and drink warm, 2-3 cups daily.
Suggested Use: A minimum course of 5 packs (250g) is recommended for optimal results.
