How to Prepare
- Add 1 tablespoon of Eyebright herb to a cup (200ml) of hot boiled water.
- Gently heat in a double boiler for 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Allow to cool, then strain.
- Top up with boiled water to reach 200ml.
- Take 1 tablespoon three times a day.

- Low or high blood pressure
- Low stomach acid (hypoacidity) and anacid gastritis
- Pregnancy
- Known allergy or individual intolerance to Eyebright
