How to Use
- Put on socks in the morning, immediately after getting out of bed.
- After morning hygiene, lie down for 5-10 minutes with legs elevated at a 30-45-degree angle to improve blood flow.
- Turn the sock inside out up to the heel.
- Put the sock on your foot, ensuring the heel is correctly positioned.
- Smooth the sock evenly up your leg, grasping 3-5 cm of fabric at a time.
- Avoid stretching the sock excessively, as this compromises compression.
- Use rubber gloves to prevent damage to the socks.
- If your skin is moist, use talcum powder or baby powder.
Wearing Instructions: Wear all day, removing before bedtime and allowing for airing and cleaning.
Care Instructions
- Hand wash in warm water (30°C) with a mild detergent.
- Do not machine wash, wring, bleach, tumble dry, or iron.
- Air dry flat on a towel, away from direct heat.
