Ecoten Brown Compression Stockings, Class 1 Compression
Description:
These versatile compression stockings are suitable for both men and women. Available in Class 1 (18-21 mmHg) and Class 2 (22-32 mmHg) compression levels, and in a long (L-Long, 72-83 cm) length. Features include a soft toe seam, extra-durable elastic threads in the foot area for enhanced durability, high moisture-wicking and breathability thanks to the high capillary action of the fibers, flat seams that prevent visible lines under clothing, graduated compression (decreasing from ankle to thigh), and a silicone-based waistband (including a wide band option) for gentle, secure support without restricting blood flow. One size fits most (EU sizes 36-43). Available colors: Caramel, Black, Mocha.

Instructions for Use:
Putting on your Compression Stockings:
By Hand:
- Ideally, put on the stockings in the morning. Ensure your nails are neatly trimmed and any rings are removed.
- Sit on a bed, sofa, etc., with your leg bent at the knee.
- The stocking should be right-side out.
- Insert your hand to the heel, grasp the heel from the inside with your fingers, and turn the stocking inside out only up to the heel, then smooth it out.
- Insert two thumbs inside the turned-out stocking, stretching it wide.
- Pull up the heel area, aligning it with your heel and securing it by stepping onto your heel.
- At mid-foot level, create a small fold in the stocking. Grasp it firmly with your fingers on both sides, move it towards the instep, stretching it widely while pressing against the heel (either with both thumbs or the lower part of your palms). Wrap the stretched fabric around the heel and pull it up to the ankle, smoothing the edge.
- Continue section by section (approximately 5 cm at a time), grasping, stretching, and smoothing the fabric to remove any wrinkles. Once your foot is visible, ensure the heel is correctly positioned. If the heel is misaligned, grasp, reposition, and secure it.
Using a Donning Aid:
- Place the donning aid on the floor in front of you, with the curved part facing you.
- Hold the stocking with both hands, heel facing you.
- Pull the stocking onto the donning aid up to the heel.
- Insert your foot into the stocking, placing your foot flat on the floor.
- Pull the donning aid upwards to your knee.
- Remove the donning aid.
- Distribute the stocking evenly on your leg.
- Smooth out any wrinkles by hand.
Removing your Compression Stockings:
- Grasp the top of the stocking and gently roll it down to the knee, then to the ankle, and finally to the toe.
- Avoid pulling on the waistband; grasp the knitted fabric instead.
Important Notes:
- If the stocking feels too tight, do not pull it up further. Lower it and stretch it again in sections, applying more force.
- It is recommended to wear gloves when donning stockings.
- For knee-high stockings, do not pull them above the kneecap.
- For stockings with a silicone band, do not apply cream or ointment to the area where the silicone band adheres.
- For tights and men’s compression garments, if the compression area is not sufficiently stretched, do not attempt to pull it up like “trousers”, as this could cause seams to burst or runs to appear.
WARNING! Do not cut off any loose threads or labels to prevent unraveling.
Wear compression stockings as recommended by your doctor. If no specific recommendations were given, we advise putting them on in the morning and taking them off in the evening.
Care Instructions:
Daily gentle washing with mild detergents at a temperature of ≤ 30°C (86°F). Dry away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
