Wear directly against the skin or over cotton underwear. Easy to use, clean, durable, and strong. Recommended wear time: No more than 3 hours continuously; do not wear for more than 6 hours daily unless absolutely necessary.
For optimal lifespan, hand wash in warm water (up to 35°C) with a mild detergent. Remove the support ribs before washing. Do not machine wash. Air dry flat; do not use heat.
