Indications:

Sizing:

• Size 0: Height 140-160 cm (approx. 4’7″ – 5’3″)
• Size 1: Height > 160 cm (approx. > 5’3″)

Instructions for Use:

1. While seated, place your foot flat on the floor with your toes pointed upward. Insert your ankle into the brace, ensuring proper centering.
2. Secure the lower strap around your ankle, fastening it through the buckle. Tighten firmly and adjust the Velcro strap for posterior ankle support.
3. Adjust the heel strap width as needed.
4. Secure the upper strap around your ankle, mirroring the lower strap application. Adjust the lower strap for a snug fit.
5. If wearing shoes, put on your footwear and tie them as usual. Remove the ankle stabilizer before washing your feet. Dry your feet thoroughly before reapplying the brace.
