Add no more than 1 teaspoon (5ml) to tea, coffee, or water three times daily, 30 minutes before meals. Do not add to carbonated drinks or juices.

Store in a dark place at temperatures not exceeding 25°C and a relative humidity of no more than 75%. Shelf life is 24 months from the date of manufacture. Natural sediment may occur. Refrigerate after opening and use within 90 days.
