Ankle Foot Orthosis (AFO) Ortobrace HS-301
Ankle Foot Orthosis (AFO) Ortobrace HS-301: Hinged Support for Achilles Tendon Injuries and More
Description:
The Ortobrace HS-301 ankle foot orthosis (AFO) provides complete immobilization or adjustable range of motion in 10-degree increments while maintaining lateral stability. Its design allows for immobilization in plantar flexion and dorsiflexion, ideal for Achilles tendon injuries. The rocker-bottom sole enables a near-normal gait, while heel pads cushion impact and reduce stress on the ankle and heel. This AFO offloads the heel bone and, combined with a wide sole accommodating post-operative dressings, promotes early mobilization and faster recovery.
Key Features & Benefits:
- Customizable Support: Features metal hinges with adjustable range-of-motion controls, a comfortable leg and foot sleeve, and a rocker-bottom sole.
- Secure & Comfortable Fit: The sleeve secures with convenient Velcro straps. Hinges attach with Velcro and additional straps for a customizable fit, ensuring proper pressure and support. Adjustable straps allow for a personalized fit and pressure management.
- Natural Gait: The unique rocker-bottom sole promotes a near-normal walking pattern.
