Herbal Tea Blend (70g)

Ingredients:

Plantain leaf
Mint leaf
Sage leaf
Chamomile flower

Action:

This unique blend exhibits adsorbent, enveloping, astringent, and anti-inflammatory properties, gently soothing irritated stomach and duodenal linings.

Directions:

Before use, grind the contents of the sachet into a homogenous mixture using a mortar and pestle, coffee grinder, or similar device. Add 1 tablespoon of the ground mixture to 250ml (8.5 oz) of boiling water. Heat in a water bath for 10 minutes, then let it steep for 45 minutes. Strain before drinking. Consume 50ml (1.7 oz) three times daily, 30 minutes before meals. Prepare the daily amount needed. If preparing a larger batch, store any remaining tea in the refrigerator.

Shelf Life:
