Dosage & Administration

Acute Illness (Cold, Flu, URTI): Adults: 1 tablet 2-3 times daily until symptoms subside. Reduce dosage as condition improves. Children (5+ years): Start with a lower dosage and adjust as needed under adult supervision.
Epidemic Season (Flu Prevention): Adults: 2 tablets twice daily. Children (5+ years): 0.5-1 tablet twice daily, dissolved in warm, sweetened water.
Seasonal Prophylaxis: Adults: 1 tablet daily for 2-3 weeks. Children (5+ years): Half the adult dose for 2-3 weeks.

Important Considerations

Take 1 hour before or 2 hours after meals. Do not take with food. For gastritis, take 1 hour after a meal.
Drink with warm water or tea.
Contraindications: Individual ingredient intolerance, stomach or duodenal ulcers, liver or kidney insufficiency, pregnancy, breastfeeding, children under 5 years.
