The MedWay Infusion Set is a sterile, single-use device designed for intravenous fluid administration. Each pack contains five sets, each equipped with a 21G (0.8 x 38mm) atraumatic needle featuring a Luer slip connection for secure attachment.

The semi-rigid, transparent PVC reservoir ensures easy fluid level monitoring. A built-in 13mm diameter, 15µm disc filter protects against particulate contamination. An integrated air vent prevents pressure build-up. The reservoir capacity is enhanced by the inclusion of a 6.5ml drip chamber with a built-in air inlet valve ensuring efficient fluid delivery and minimizes the risk of air embolism.

The 150cm long tubing offers flexibility and patient comfort. A convenient latex injection port allows for the easy addition of medications. The innovative combined plastic spike (35mm length, 5.0mm diameter) facilitates simultaneous fluid and air flow. Its air channel is equipped with a waterproof membrane for air purification. The spike is seamlessly integrated into the drip chamber.

The infusion set also incorporates a roller-type flow regulator for precise fluid control, a transparent Luer connector with 14mm wings, and a 43mm straight injection port. The drip rate is calibrated to 20 drops per ml.
