Instructions for Use:

Head Exercises:
- Place the pillow vertically on your shoulders.
- Lift your chin upwards and gently turn your head to the left for 5 seconds.
- Repeat by turning to the right for 5 seconds.
- Perform 5 repetitions.

Shoulder Exercises:
- Stretch 1: Position the pillow lengthwise on your back. Extend your arms towards the crown of your head, keeping your palms on the ground. Swing your arms straight towards your hips, repeating 5 times and maximizing arm extension throughout.
- Stretch 2: Lie on your back with the pillow lengthwise beneath you and your arms extended. Interlock your fingers at the crown of your head. Stretch your body upwards as much as possible. On exhale, slowly lower your arms to your sides until they touch your legs. Repeat 5 times.
- Stretch 3: Place the pillow horizontally on your shoulders. Lie on your back, extending your arms overhead. Lower your arms and arch your back upwards for 1 minute.

Leg Exercises:
- Lie on your back with the pillow lengthwise under your shoulders.
- Lift your right leg to a 20-30 degree angle, hold for 10 seconds, and repeatedly flex and extend your toes.
- Repeat this action with your left leg.

Waist Exercises:
- Lie on your back with the pillow beneath your shoulders.
- Position your feet shoulder-width apart, bend your knees, and lift your legs upwards. Place your hands on your sides with palms down and lift your abdomen for 10 seconds.
- Bring your feet together, bend your knees, and extend your arms to the sides with palms down. Rotate your legs to the left for 5 seconds, then to the right for 5 seconds. Repeat 5 times.
