Grind the herbal mixture to a fine powder using a mortar and pestle or coffee grinder. Add 1 tablespoon of the powdered mixture to 200ml of boiling water. Simmer for 10 minutes, then allow to cool. Consume 0.5 cups in the morning and evening. Brew the daily amount needed. If brewing a larger quantity, store in the refrigerator.
