Title: Vitamin C Powder (Sodium Ascorbate) – 120g
Product Description:
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate) is an essential nutrient that needs to be replenished daily. Unlike fat-soluble vitamins, it’s water-soluble, meaning it’s readily absorbed and quickly excreted through urine. This necessitates daily intake. Many mistakenly believe that fruits and vegetables alone provide sufficient Vitamin C. However, modern agricultural practices often result in nutrient-deficient produce. Obtaining your daily recommended intake from food alone can be challenging and costly.
