Veltosept-2 is a ready-to-use, clear, colorless antiseptic solution for effective broad-spectrum disinfection. Its formulation combines a quaternary ammonium compound clathrate with urea (0.1±0.01%) and isopropyl alcohol (70±3.0%). This powerful combination provides biocidal activity against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria (including Mycobacterium tuberculosis), viruses (including Hepatitis and HIV), and fungi. Veltosept-2 also effectively fixes organic contaminants such as blood and mucus.

Applications:

Veltosept-2 is suitable for a wide range of applications, including:

• Hand Hygiene: Hygienic handrub for medical personnel (3ml/30 sec); surgical hand scrub (5ml x 2 / 5 min).
• Pre-operative Skin Preparation: Disinfection of surgical and injection sites.
• Donor Site Preparation: Disinfection of elbow creases in blood donors.
• Foot and Shoe Disinfection: Prevention of fungal infections.
• Surface Disinfection: Disinfection of small surfaces and medical instruments (including dental instruments and flexible endoscopes). Application rate: 50ml/m². Contact time: 10-30 minutes.
• Disinfection in Epidemic Situations: Treatment of hands and skin in outbreaks of plague, cholera, anthrax, and avian influenza (10-15ml / 5 min).
