Heating Methods
Method 1: Microwave
- Lightly spritz the compress with water to ensure the fabric is thoroughly damp.
- Carefully place the compress in a microwave-safe container.
- Heat on medium for 2-3 minutes.
Method 2: Steamer
- Fill a steamer with the required amount of water and bring to a boil.
- Wrap the inner pouch in plastic wrap or a plastic bag.
- Place in the steamer and heat for 20-30 minutes.
Important Instructions
- Remove the massage ball from the steamer before use and avoid direct sunlight. Pre-heat the steamer, place the soaked massage ball inside, and steam for 5-10 minutes. (Note: Due to variations in steamer power, monitoring is necessary. The massage ball is ready when steamed; then apply the treatment.)
- The massage ball will be hot after steaming. Prepare a towel and wrap the massage ball to avoid burns.
- Once the temperature is comfortable, remove the towel and gently massage the affected areas (shoulders, neck, back, etc.). Place the herbal balls on key areas, applying heat and massaging the entire body until it cools completely.
