The Accu-Chek TenderLink infusion set features a soft, Teflon cannula and adjustable insertion angle for maximum freedom of movement. Its 20-45° insertion angle minimizes muscle contact, ideal for active lifestyles and sports. The catheter tubing disconnects at the base, near the skin, for added security. A protective cap is included for showering or temporary pump disconnections. A transparent viewing window allows easy visualization of the insertion site. Each Accu-Chek TenderLink infusion set is individually sealed in a sterile, tamper-evident polyethylene pouch. Open only immediately before use to maintain sterility. Store at room temperature in a dark place. For optimal hygiene and to prevent infection, change the cannula every 72 hours. The main infusion set (catheter) should be changed with the cannula or, if using separate replacement needles, every 6 days. Expires 2025.
