This rip-away pouch features a spacious main compartment ideal for comprehensive first-aid supplies. Securely attached to MOLLE gear via a tunnel system, it's easily deployable in high-pressure situations. Adjustable straps, secured with elastic cords and reinforced rubber, allow for comfortable carrying on the belt or across the shoulder, even when fully loaded. A hook-and-loop closure ensures secure internal compartmentalization. The pouch rips away quickly and easily from its MOLLE tunnel via pull tabs at each end.
For rapid re-attachment without removing your plate carrier, a D-ring is integrated into the strap for MOLLE clip attachment or quick re-fastening of the shoulder/belt strap. The 180° opening zipper features pull tabs for easy access, even with gloves. Three internal pockets with elastic webbing, reinforced with internal straps, provide organized storage for essential medical supplies. An elastic cord system within the base secures tourniquets. A large hook-and-loop panel on the front is perfect for ID patches or medical symbols. Additional MOLLE attachment points on the tunnel allow for tourniquet pouches, medical shears, and other essential equipment. Hook-and-loop on the front of the tunnel further allows for blood type patches. An ingenious elastic cord and retention loop system allows for the secure storage and rapid deployment of a tourniquet (eliminating the need for a separate pouch). Our unique MOLLE attachment system utilizes longer, wrap-around straps for a more secure and user-friendly fit than standard MOLLE systems. The pouch occupies 5 MOLLE slots, but can also be adapted to various webbing systems. This pouch is supplied empty.
