NewLife sterile gauze pads (45x29 cm, 32g) are two-ply, non-traumatic, single-use dressings ideal for a variety of applications. Use them for wound dressings, drainage, wound protection, hemorrhage control (including tamponade), and pressure application to staunch bleeding. They are also useful for cleaning wound edges prior to applying a tourniquet or splint. Secure the pads with a bandage or medical tape. For optimal safety, the edges of the pads are folded inward. These pads are sterilized by autoclave at high temperatures. Important: These pads do not possess antiseptic, disinfectant, or antibacterial properties. The lint-free gauze is particularly suitable for use under dressings for burn treatment and is also perfect for cosmetic procedures and injections.
