  • Cool for 45 minutes at room temperature and filter.
  • Squeeze out remaining herb.
  • Adjust the volume to 200ml with boiled water.

Rinsing: Use 1/2 cup of infusion 3-4 times daily.

Internal consumption: Adults and children over 12 years old take 1/4 cup (50ml) warm, 2 times daily, 30 minutes before meals for 1 week. Shake well before use.
