How to Use:

Eye Irrigation:

2. Hold the eye bath by its base, using your thumb and middle finger, leaving your index finger free.
3. Gently place the eye bath against your eyelids with your eye open, ensuring your eyelids are submerged in the solution.
4. Lightly press the bottom of the eye bath with your index finger to raise the solution level for optimal cleansing.

Vacuum Massage:

1. Vacuum massage should only be performed as directed and supervised by your doctor.
2. Apply the empty eye bath to your closed eyelids.
3. Gently and periodically press the bottom of the eye bath with your finger to perform the massage for 1-3 minutes.
