Endofill is a radiopaque, dexamethasone-containing paste for permanent root canal obturation. This biocompatible material offers anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, and bactericidal properties. Before setting, it penetrates fine canal ramifications, maintaining therapeutic effects throughout treatment. The permanent filling exhibits no shrinkage or resorption. Indicated for permanent root canal obturation following pulpectomy. Composition: Powder (dexamethasone acetate 0.01%, hydrocortisone acetate 1.0%, polyoxymethylene 2.2%, thymol iodide 22.5%, filler to 100%), Liquid (eugenol). Packaging: 15g powder + 15ml liquid.
