How to use: Attention! It is recommended to test every day at about the same time. Do not use the first morning urine for testing! Decrease your fluid intake 2 hours before testing: drinking too much can dilute your urine and lower your LH levels. Perform testing at room temperature. Use the test strip immediately after opening the individual package. Testing collect urine in a clean, dry container. Open the individual packaging, take out the test strip, holding it by the end marked with the letters LH. Immerse the test strip in a container with urine, holding it vertically, to the level of the “MAX” mark for 3 seconds. Then place the test strip on a dry horizontal surface. Within 1-5 minutes, evaluate the result. Discard the absorbent bag. Attention! After 5 minutes, the result cannot be evaluated. Evaluation of the result Option 1: The test band is the same color intensity as the control, or darker than it: an LH surge has occurred, and ovulation will occur in 24-48 hours – the time most favorable for conception. The result is positive. Option 2: The test band is lighter than the control line, or did not appear: the LH level did not rise. The result is negative. Option 3: No control band appeared: the test was not performed correctly, repeat the test. The result is invalid. Be aware that not all women ovulate in the middle of their menstrual cycle: if you do not find an LH surge at the expected time, continue testing. It is also necessary to know that sometimes during the menstrual cycle, ovulation does not occur, and there is no release of LH – this occasionally happens in healthy women.
