Ovariamin N20x2 Tablets
Product Description
Ovariamin N20x2 tablets are a dietary supplement formulated with a unique complex of polypeptides and nucleic acids derived from bovine and porcine ovaries. These bioactive components work to support the health and function of the ovaries, promoting hormonal balance and reproductive well-being. The enteric-coated tablets are light cream to cream-colored, round, 7 mm in diameter, and weigh 0.155 mg. A slight odor may be present. Each tablet contains 10mg of ovariamin powder.
Ingredients
Ovariamin powder* (10 mg per tablet) – a complex of polypeptides and nucleic acids derived from bovine and porcine ovaries; lactose (filler); sucrose (thickener); potato starch (bulking agent); calcium stearate (anti-caking agent); methacrylic acid copolymer dispersion (enteric coating); propylene glycol (emulsifier).
Packaging
20 tablets per pack (2 blisters).
Pharmacological Action
Ovariamin’s components, derived from bovine ovaries, are a complex of proteins and nucleoproteins that selectively target ovarian cells. This targeted action helps normalize hormone production and gamete formation (egg production).
Extensive clinical trials involving 180 women with various forms of climacteric syndrome (involutional, post-operative) and ovarian depletion syndrome demonstrated significant benefits. Studies assessed symptom improvement through clinical observation, laboratory analysis, and functional/instrumental examinations. Laboratory analysis of neuroendocrine system markers showed a statistically significant decrease in serum FSH levels, along with a trend towards reduced ACTH and TSH. These hormonal changes correlated with positive clinical outcomes, suggesting enhanced ovarian function.
In women with ovarian depletion syndrome, Ovariamin normalized menstrual cycles in 58% of cases, reducing asthenovegetative and asthenoneurotic symptoms. Laboratory and instrumental studies demonstrated increased ovarian size and steroidogenic function, along with decreased gonadotropic function of the adenohypophysis.
Clinical data indicates that Ovariamin normalizes ovarian cellular metabolism, promotes follicle development and maturation, and restores neurohumoral mechanisms regulating menstruation and reproductive function.
Clinical Studies in Infertility
Further clinical research on 31 patients of varying reproductive ages with low ovarian reserve and hormonal infertility (2-7 years) assessed hormonal profiles and functional diagnostic tests before assisted reproductive technologies (ART). Hormone levels (FSH, LH, estradiol, and progesterone) were measured using radioimmunoassay.
In women under 30 who had undergone ovarian surgeries (mostly resections), Ovariamin demonstrated a positive hormonal response during ovarian stimulation for in-vitro fertilization (IVF). Significant improvements in quality of life were reported, including reduced fatigue, improved memory and stress resilience, normalized appetite, increased muscle tone, and reduced depressive symptoms. Cost-effectiveness was also noted due to shorter IVF stimulation protocols and potential replacement of IVF with insemination.
