Significant improvements in quality of life were reported, including reduced fatigue, improved memory and stress resilience, normalized appetite, increased muscle tone, and reduced depressive symptoms. Adults should take 1-3 tablets 2-3 times daily, 15-20 minutes before meals, with water. Do not chew. The recommended course of treatment is 10-14 days. For chronic conditions, repeat courses every 3-6 months.
