This Ottobock Start wheelchair attendant brake kit provides safe and convenient braking using a hand lever. IMPORTANT: This brake is ONLY compatible with wheels featuring DRUM brakes. It will NOT fit standard Ottobock Start wheels. Longer axles and slightly larger diameter wheels are required for installation. (See product images for wheel example). The brake lever engages brake pads, which clamp onto the drum brake for reliable stopping power.
