Instructions for Use

1. Unfasten the hook-and-loop closures to separate the rigid structure from the soft liner. Place the soft liner on the foot, securing it with the hook-and-loop closures. Attach the toe protector.
2. Insert the foot into the orthosis, ensuring the sole is fully supported. (For articulated models, ensure the medial and lateral plates are parallel and equidistant from the load-bearing line of the leg and ankle joint.) Attach the rigid structure (or medial/lateral plates for articulated models) to the soft liner using the internal hook-and-loop closures.
3. Finally, secure and adjust the orthosis using the external straps. (For articulated models, position the tibial and calf protectors before adjusting the straps).

Important Considerations

For optimal therapeutic results and longevity, choose the correct size (size chart provided). Excessive compression may cause discomfort; adjust straps accordingly. Wear a cotton sock under the orthosis.
