Measure your forearm length from the outside of the elbow joint to the metacarpophalangeal joint of the little finger (base of the pinky finger).
Fasten all closures. Hand wash with mild soap and water. Blot dry with a towel and air dry at room temperature. Do not hang, iron, or expose to direct heat. Avoid alcohol-based liquids, ointments, and solvents. Thoroughly drying prevents irritation and damage.
Wrap the bandage around your body, thread the fastener through the loop, secure the fastener, place your arm in the sling, and insert your thumb into the inner loop.
