OKA-TAB disinfectant tablets provide broad-spectrum antimicrobial action for both household and professional use in municipal and commercial settings. Effective against Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria (including tuberculosis – tested against Mycobacterium terrae, hospital-acquired infections, and highly dangerous infections such as plague, cholera, tularemia, and anthrax), viruses (Coxsackie, ECHO, polio, rotavirus, norovirus, enteric and parenteral hepatitis, HIV, influenza including H5N1 and H1N1, adenoviruses and other causative agents of acute respiratory viral infections, herpes, cytomegalovirus, etc.), Candida species fungi, and dermatophytes. Each 3.3g white, chlorine-scented tablet contains 86.8% sodium dichloroisocyanurate, releasing (1.41-1.87)g of active chlorine (AC) upon dissolution in water. OKA-TAB tablets offer a 10-year shelf life, with working solutions remaining effective for 4 days. Dissolves readily in water to form clear solutions.
